As a recent Breast Cancer survivor, it is my mission to pass on my faith, hope but most of all I know the financial needs of every person going through cancer. Serendipities Closet LLC was opened and launched in 2016 with the idea of "Serendipity" and filling closet with fun, unique and handmade gifts.
As a crafter, I wanted to offer supplies and LIVE events along with video tutorials on my YouTube channel to bring out your creative side.
In 2017 I was unfortunately diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer and my boutique had to close but I am rebuilding here online and I will offer you the same quality items and tutorials as before. I do continue to battle with lymphedema where I had 7 lymph nodes removed, degenerative disc disease and joint dislocation in my right arm but I will continue to try and be here with all of you. Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, a customer can use a gift card in multiple orders until the entire balance is spent or the card expires (whichever happens earlier).
Can more than one card be applied to an order?
No, you can apply only one gift card to an order.
Am I limited to what I can use my gift card on throughout the website?
A gift card can be used to pay for any products or services in your store.
Do gift cards expire?
No, but we suggest trying to use it as soon as possible so you don't forget you have it to make purchases.
I entered my email address at check out but I did not get my order emailed nor tracking, how do I get that access?
Check your junk or spam folder. Usually it will go here until you read and then you can edit so it will be in your inbox.
I don't have a password can I still view my tracking status?
Yes, simply click on the "view tracking" button towards the bottom of the page after of the featured items. An email will be sent to you that will be active for 2 weeks. If it expires in 2 weeks just complete the same process and do it again.
Can I return, exchange or refund if I use a coupon?
Each coupon will have a terms and conditions of use. It all depends on the sale we are having at the time so please review before applying the coupon to your order.
Can I return sale and clearance items?
No, sale and clearance items are FINAL SALES. No refunds or store credits are given. Please view the item for details and if it is marked SALE!
If I return an item, who pays for the shipping?
We DO NOT refund nor pay shipping charges on purchases or returns at any time. (If we make an error on your order and send the wrong items, you will then receive a full refund upon receiving the items back in the same NEW condition they where when they shipped.)
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Many items are available and ready to ship but all our t-shirts and custom transfer are made to order. We ask you allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. (This does not include weekends or holidays)
How will I know when my order ships?
It is so easy to check the status of your order with your email address. At the time of checkout be sure to add your email address and you will receive a delivery confirmation once your order ships. Please ALLOW at least 7 business days before sending us an email when you order will ship and check your emails prior to sending a message because your items may already be on their way,
I received a delivery confirmation tracking number but I have not received my item, what do I do now?
Please check the post office link below with your tracking number to view approximate shipping date. Once your order is shipped, the post office now has possession of your items and you would need to call them or contact them with your tracking number through their website. You can contact them at www.usps.com
It seems my items are lost at the post office, how do I get my items or money back?
1. If tracking shows your items as delivered, you would need to file a police report for theft. Stealing mail is a federal offense and is a police matter. We will not send a replacement if we are not given a police report number that we can verify to show you reported theft of your mail. Filing a false police report is also a crime.
2. Contact the post office at www.usps.com and either call or send them an email and have them look into your order. All packages have tracking devices and the post office is the only one in your area that can look into where your package was left during delivery. Your package is insured through the tracking number so they will now help you get your items or a refund.
What is the return policy?
There are absolutely NO refunds on bath products, custom designs because each of those items such as unisex T-shirts or anything that needs specific sizes or colors is made at the time of order. We cannot sell an item that was custom made so please make sure you check the description in each item you order for sizing and spelling. Also keep in mind that new t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc. are not going to be stretched out due to washing and wear so that can effect the size you order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure proper sizing because everyone is different.
On custom designs, we will offer a full refund if WE make an error on your order whether that is the design or if we print on the wrong size or color. We DO NOT offer a refund if you make a mistake when ordering the proper size on all custom t-shirts including sublimation, screen print and vinyl designs. Please double check spelling, size description and color before ordering.
Because our bath products our hygiene products we do not offer any return and those items.
All other items on our website we offer a 14 day exchange ONLY (unless it is a bath, sale or clearance item. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR THESE ITEMS)); which means you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return the item in the same NEW condition that it was sent including all tags MUST be on the item. 14 days includes weekends and holidays. We will not under any circumstances accept a forced return especially for custom items, sale or clearance. Exchange items will be issues once we receive the item within 14 days in the same unworn or unused condition that is was sent. Please use delivery confirmation with tracking on ALL returns. If you state we received it but we never got it and it cannot be tracked, we will not refund on the return,
We have the right to refuse any item that has been worn, has stains or appeared to be used or worn, that smells of smoke or pets and also NO PET HAIRS on any refunds. Items MUST be returned with ALL PRICE TAGS and original packaging.
WE DO NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS UNLESS WE MAKE AN ERROR WHEN WE SHIP.
What is the process for returning an item?
YOU MUST CONTACT US THROUGH EMAIL AT:
firstname.lastname@example.org so we can see what was ordered and why it is being returned. If we made the error, we will supply you with a return label that you will tape to your package for return.
We video record all items being shipped out when packaging and when opening returns so there is no dispute regarding what was sent or received and protects both ALL parties.
How will I my exchange be made?
Your exchange on items that are not bath or custom will be sent but we will bill you for additional shipping. We are a small mom and pop business so we cannot offer free shipping on purchases do to no wanting the product any longer.
Again we do not exchange on ANY custom order so please check size charts to ensure you have the correct size NO EXCEPTIONS!
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
We only offer discounts that are advertised with our coupon codes for specials and offers. Check our Facebook page often to see when those are being offered.
Can you tell me the difference between sublimation, screen printing and vinyl transfers?
Sublimation is the process of printing a special sublimation ink onto special sublimation transfer paper using a sublimation printing technique. Instead of traditional inkjet transfers which print ink on top of the shirt or item you’re working with, sublimation ink actually becomes a part of the substrate you’re printing on. How, you ask? It’s simple. Once the ink from your sublimation transfer paper is heat pressed onto the item you’re printing on, it opens up the pores of the fabric that you’re pressing heat onto. Once you press the paper onto your item and release pressure, the heat will cool and the ink will turn back into solid form. The result? The pores will close permanently and encapsulate the ink within the polymer coating of your item.
A screen printed transfer (also known as a plastisol transfer) is an image which has been screen printed onto release paper. Instead of being directly screen printed onto a shirt or other item, the design is printed onto transfer paper, then applied with a heat press.
